George Winters grew up in Lincolnton, NC and attended the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa where he received a BA in History. Upon graduation, George began coaching basketball, both at the high school and collegiate levels. He later left coaching behind for the business world to work in sales. George’s sales successes fueled a desire to pursue one of his lifelong interests – selling real estate.
Having family already living in the area, George and his wife Rhianna, decided that a move to the Triangle seemed like an ideal fit for pursuing this real estate dream. The couple soon found that the thriving Real Estate market in Chapel Hill and the proximity to family made it the perfect choice for them.
In his spare time, George loves watching Alabama Football and everything related to the Crimson Tide. He enjoys golfing on all the Triangle’s great courses and spending time with his extended family. George and his wife also had their first child in April, a little boy, who keeps them busy.
